Wonderful staff. Super friendly from first talking to the staff at the front desk! The technician will then get you started on your exam, and is super friendly and helpful. The doctor is incredibly positive as soon as she walks in the door!

Picking out glasses was so much fun! The optician selected an array of frames she thought I’d like, and she had some great choices. She was super friendly and fun, but the icing on the cake was when I was offered a cup of coffee as I shopped for glasses.

She was extremely caring and respectful of my space and made sure I was comfortable with every step, to my glasses journey. I have been a patient at Metro eye for a few years. I recently had another annual eye exam. I am again impressed with Dr. Amy, the office and the staff. Thorough, personable and informative! I get a quality visit that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I have already recommended Dr. Amy and Metro Eye to my family and if you are considering becoming a patient here do it! I come from the suburbs, there is a parking garage and they validate the ticket. It’s super easy to get to the office. Furthermore they provide exceptional assistance in choosing frames and fitting for comfort. 5 stars but would give them 10 if I could.

We had the best experience at Metro Eye. We suspected that my 8 year old son needed glasses. He was really upset about it and was worried what other kids would think. Everyone at Metro Eye took such great care of him and made him feel at ease. Dr Jankowski is top notch! She had such a kind demeanor with him and explained things in a way he could understand.
