I have been going to Metro Eye for approximately 15 years. They genuinely care about you and the health of your eyes. Couldn’t ask for better service!

The doctors, assistants and office personnel are professional and thorough. Dr. Kopczyk takes the time to present all of my options and find the best plan to suit my lifestyle. And their customer service is great!

Wonderful staff. Super friendly from first talking to the staff at the front desk! The technician will then get you started on your exam, and is super friendly and helpful. The doctor is incredibly positive as soon as she walks in the door!

Picking out glasses was so much fun! The optician selected an array of frames she thought I’d like, and she had some great choices. She was super friendly and fun, but the icing on the cake was when I was offered a cup of coffee as I shopped for glasses.

Everyone we worked with was so friendly and professional. They made sure my kiddo and I understood what was happening. Everyone was willing to answer any questions we had. Dr. Amy was fabulous! These guys have amazing customer service came in to get an adjustment on my frames from out of town which were in rough condition, they ended up breaking and they replaced the frames no questions asked. Can’t say enough about this shop, incredible service and really kind people.

I have been a patient at Metro Eye for nearly 15 years. The doctors and all of the staff are marvelous. I have a difficult prescription and my eyes often change. They are responsive, patient, kind, and very professional. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. And their selection of eye glass frames is exceptional!

Great selection of eyewear. Exam was no fuss. They have some super pricey frame options and Deedee pulled ones in my budget that looked great with no pressure to buy a pricey pair.

Basically the polar opposite experience of those chains like lense crafters.

Excellent care & super-friendly doctors and staff! I’ve been going to Metro Eye for a year and have had exceptional experiences with both Dr. Ringle (who has since moved on) and now Dr. Kopcyzk. Everyone I’ve met there from the medical staff and technicians to the optical stylists and front desk folks have all been delightful.
I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment when needed, and the billing team’s assistance with insurance approvals made that process hassle-free.
What’s more – the building itself is gorgeous! The soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create an airy, welcoming space.
