Loved the staff and how professional they were. I had to bring my 2 months old with me to the visit. Although my daughter was content and happy, the staff were very understanding of my situation and made me feel great.

I’m not the type of person who easily gives out 5 stars or 10 point ratings but Metro Eye has earned it. When other eye doctors couldn’t figure out what was going on with my eye issues through my mid to late forties, they persevered and figured it out. Best technology, best listeners, best staff.

Amazing practice. Attention to detail is impeccable. Our entire family goes to metro eye. Our oldest child has severe myopia. Dr Kopczk’s helped our child stabilize the progression (meaning much better vision long term!). She did that with the introduction of soft contact lenses. We had 3 or 4 training visits and everyone was so patient with my child.

I reached out to Metro Eye on a Thursday morning to address some moderate eye pain and discomfort I was experiencing before the weekend rolled around. They were able to see me same day. It was a bit of a struggle to get To their location in the third word, but it was opening day of Summerfest. The office was super nice and well cared for. As I’m not a regular patient at this location, the doctor asked a lot of great questions and was able to address all my concerns. Since the issue I was having came from my contact lenses, She sent me home with a sample of a prescription eyedrop and two weeks worth of daily lenses to use until I healed. Dr. Amanda and the team at Metro Eye Are very professional courteous, they have a new client in me!

Dr. Jankowski is the best eye Dr! She is very knowledgeable, and really takes the time to make sure you have the best options available. All of the technicians and front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming. The space is modern and fresh, unlike most other eye clinics.

Great selection of eyewear. Exam was no fuss. They have some super pricey frame options and Deedee pulled ones in my budget that looked great with no pressure to buy a pricey pair.

Basically the polar opposite experience of those chains like lense crafters.
