Incredibly caring and helpful staff. Everyone is SO friendly, and takes the time to make sure you have what you need. My appointments are always quick and on time, but never rushed – as they truly care about their patients. There is a great selection of glasses, too. Jessica in the optical shop is top notch. She’s helped me pick frames that are perfect for my face and lifestyle. Highly recommend!

When a group of colleagues including some well educated super Doctors provide a great service & earn profit; it is enjoyable to be a customer. You are happy to part with some money to receive a superb service in return. Metro Eye is such a place & I have been going there for over a decade. Great selection of eyewear. Exam was no fuss. They have some super pricey frame options and Deedee pulled ones in my budget that looked great with no pressure to buy a pricey pair.

I was recently with Metro Eye and even then the service was beyond satisfying. Now, that I’m back they haven’t dropped the ball. Metro Eye continues to give and promote great service.

The whole staff is really on their game. At no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell me on more expensive options. The doctors put a lot of effort into finding cheaper daily contacts for me that also met my needs.

I’ve been living with keratoconus for the better part of 20 years. I’ve had glasses, contacts and surgeries. Been told that my vision would be fixed with procedures, only to have them unable to correct my vision. It got to the point where I honestly thought about just giving up, and living in a blurry world for the rest of my life.
I had previously gone in for an eye exam at metro a few years prior, and heard the same thing I had heard before, that they would be able to fix my vision. But the professionalism and their commitment to eye health made me come back and make the plunge for scleral lenses. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment to today, took about 2 weeks, and I can see now. Not just sort of make things out, I can read, see peoples faces and see definition in the world for the first time in decades. The kind folks at metro eye literally changed my life. The fitment process was thorough, they answered all the questions I had about the lenses and care, and helped me through with a contact that I can wear all day with 0 discomfort and perfect vision.
If you have keratoconus and are struggling to find a good optometrist to help you navigate, metro eye is the place. I cannot thank Jayme and Dr. Amanda enough for their help. This was an outcome that I did not believe was possible, but they have “opened my eyes” and now I can live my life with razor sharp vision.
