I can not say enough good things about Metro Eye! I was dealing with an emergency two days before I left for my wedding and they squeezed me in and provided me with the best care! Turns out there was metal stuck in my eye and Dr. Amanda took such good care of me and made me feel so comfortable. She was even able to schedule a follow up appointment ASAP just before I leave to make sure it was healing correctly. Beautiful facility and amazing staff! Love this place!

Great service. Doctor and tech were very thorough and explain every bit of the process and my changes. After exam Optician was ready with great options that would fit my face and look trendy. I was extremely happy from start to finish. Thank you!

Great selection of eyewear. Exam was no fuss. They have some super pricey frame options and Deedee pulled ones in my budget that looked great with no pressure to buy a pricey pair.

Basically the polar opposite experience of those chains like lense crafters.

I am so grateful for the care I have received. Extremely intelligent doctors and staff who understand all of the cutting-edge options for help with dry eyes, contact lenses and eye health. Fast response with compassion every time a question is asked. Clean environment with state of the art equipment to make educated diagnosis and treatment plan. I’ve been living with keratoconus for the better part of 20 years. I’ve had glasses, contacts and surgeries. Been told that my vision would be fixed with procedures, only to have them unable to correct my vision. It got to the point where I honestly thought about just giving up, and living in a blurry world for the rest of my life.
I had previously gone in for an eye exam at metro a few years prior, and heard the same thing I had heard before, that they would be able to fix my vision. But the professionalism and their commitment to eye health made me come back and make the plunge for scleral lenses. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment to today, took about 2 weeks, and I can see now. Not just sort of make things out, I can read, see peoples faces and see definition in the world for the first time in decades. The kind folks at metro eye literally changed my life. The fitment process was thorough, they answered all the questions I had about the lenses and care, and helped me through with a contact that I can wear all day with 0 discomfort and perfect vision.
If you have keratoconus and are struggling to find a good optometrist to help you navigate, metro eye is the place. I cannot thank Jayme and Dr. Amanda enough for their help. This was an outcome that I did not believe was possible, but they have “opened my eyes” and now I can live my life with razor sharp vision.

Loved the staff and how professional they were. I had to bring my 2 months old with me to the visit. Although my daughter was content and happy, the staff were very understanding of my situation and made me feel great.

Broke my glasses on my trip and I stopped in and they fixed it within a few minutes! I can drive safely back home 🥰
