Wonderful staff. Super friendly from first talking to the staff at the front desk! The technician will then get you started on your exam, and is super friendly and helpful. The doctor is incredibly positive as soon as she walks in the door!

Picking out glasses was so much fun! The optician selected an array of frames she thought I’d like, and she had some great choices. She was super friendly and fun, but the icing on the cake was when I was offered a cup of coffee as I shopped for glasses.

I’ve been to eye doctors in several cities and Metro Eye is BY FAR the best. Every one is very friendly and kind, the doctors are professional and thorough, the machinery is modern, they have a large selection of frames and (again) the people who work there are just really wonderful. I’ve been living with keratoconus for the better part of 20 years. I’ve had glasses, contacts and surgeries. Been told that my vision would be fixed with procedures, only to have them unable to correct my vision. It got to the point where I honestly thought about just giving up, and living in a blurry world for the rest of my life.
I had previously gone in for an eye exam at metro a few years prior, and heard the same thing I had heard before, that they would be able to fix my vision. But the professionalism and their commitment to eye health made me come back and make the plunge for scleral lenses. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment to today, took about 2 weeks, and I can see now. Not just sort of make things out, I can read, see peoples faces and see definition in the world for the first time in decades. The kind folks at metro eye literally changed my life. The fitment process was thorough, they answered all the questions I had about the lenses and care, and helped me through with a contact that I can wear all day with 0 discomfort and perfect vision.
