I have been a patient at Metro eye for a few years. I recently had another annual eye exam. I am again impressed with Dr. Amy, the office and the staff. Thorough, personable and informative! I get a quality visit that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I have already recommended Dr. Amy and Metro Eye to my family and if you are considering becoming a patient here do it! I come from the suburbs, there is a parking garage and they validate the ticket. It’s super easy to get to the office. Furthermore they provide exceptional assistance in choosing frames and fitting for comfort. 5 stars but would give them 10 if I could.

It had been years since I had seen an eye doctor and when I finally dragged myself in the appointment was much better than expected. The doctors and entire staff were professional and non-judgmental regarding my long gap between eye exams, and I was impressed by the breadth of technology they used to perform the exam. Their online scheduling was extremely convenient and I was able to get an appointment very quickly–a huge perk.

Great selection of eyewear. Exam was no fuss. They have some super pricey frame options and Deedee pulled ones in my budget that looked great with no pressure to buy a pricey pair.

Basically the polar opposite experience of those chains like lense crafters.

Wonderful staff. Super friendly from first talking to the staff at the front desk! The technician will then get you started on your exam, and is super friendly and helpful. The doctor is incredibly positive as soon as she walks in the door!

Picking out glasses was so much fun! The optician selected an array of frames she thought I’d like, and she had some great choices. She was super friendly and fun, but the icing on the cake was when I was offered a cup of coffee as I shopped for glasses.
