Visiting Metro Eye is also a great opportunity to visit one of Milwaukee’s most vibrant neighborhoods: Milwaukee’s Third Ward. The Third Ward has been Metro Eye’s home since we opened, so we are particularly proud of how the neighborhood continues to grow and change. Originally settled by Irish and Italian immigrants, walking around the Third Ward, you’ll notice how the new development complements the beautiful vintage architectural treasures throughout the neighborhood. Since it’s Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start to summer, here are some of our favorite Third Ward places to enjoy while you visit Metro Eye.
