In 2003, Luanne Labonte formed Metro Eye’s team of masterful optical stylists to affirm our solid commitment to quality, precision and client consideration. While the demand for designer frames expanded over the years, so did Luanne’s extraordinary customer service.

“Luanne took an enormous chance when she came to work with me in 2003, which was at the very beginning- when Metro Eye was simply a dream. No one else understood optical styling better than her and she taught me the importance of a perfect fitting towards achieving ideal visual acuity. We built Metro Eye together, from the ground up, and as we grew as colleagues we also became family and lifelong friends. I cannot imagine anyone with greater passion for their profession, as Luanne’s career was truly inseparable from her self. Without Luanne, Metro Eye would not be what it is today. Although I miss her warm smile and sharp expertise, I wish her all the best and many joyful years with her grandchildren.”
