“I’ve been coming to Dr. Jankowski and Metro Eye for optical examinations, prescriptions and glasses for 15 years, the whole family for almost as long (we all wear glasses). Our daughters have moved out of state, and still go to see Dr. Jankowski, squeezing appointments into visits for holidays and get-togethers.
We keep coming back because Dr. Jankowski is very knowledgeable and thorough. Each examination combines current evaluation with history and evolution. Though I’ve had glasses for 50 years, I do not know anyone who goes to such length and pays such careful attention. Eye health is important.
The staff at Metro Eye also does a great job of keeping our glasses in working order. I can be a little hard on frames, and have stopped by many times for tune ups.
Several times over the years, particularly during the kids-in-college years, I priced alternatives. One can see an optician at a franchise store, get glasses and contacts, and save a few dollars to maybe a few tens of dollars. The difference in knowledge, service and continuity are all enormously greater in value than the difference in price. Thus, here we are, 15 years later, in some cases travelling a thousand miles, coming to see Dr. Jankowski and Metro Eye. Here’s to the next 15!”
