Return Policy

No returns or exchanges on the following:

• Prescription eyewear
• Sale Merchandise

Exchanges on non-prescription eyewear are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. All eyewear must be unworn and remitted in the same condition as purchased.

Credit Policy

All accepted returns are for in-store credit only.

Non-Dispensed Spectacle Orders

Orders which are not picked-up within 90 days of purchase will be disassembled and donated to charity. All payments will be forfeited to cover laboratory and material expenses.

Contact lenses

May be exchanged only when the boxes are unopened, unmarked, undamaged and were purchased from Metro Eye. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be returned.
