Metro Eye has very friendly people working in their facility. It was very easy to get to the downtown location with nearby parking available. I would suggest this facility to anyone.

Not knowing the after effects of the sun hitting my eyes after dilated, I experienced great discomfort. I was not advised to bring sunglasses, nor offered the disposable sunglasses (which I found about later). Also, when picking the glasses I would be ordering, I asked the price. I was told $600. When I had to pay, I was told $1,400! That was not including the exam. I feel taken advantage of

Eye Exam and new glasses. My eye exam was a very pleasant experience. It was quick and thorough. The Dr. and technician were very pleasant. And of course Luanne has quite the ‘eye’ for matching your face with the perfect glasses.

Check out Metro Eye! The team at Metro Eye has consistently provided excellent service and a flexible schedule. I also appreciate that I can stop in on a Saturday to get my glasses repaired – on the spot.

Eye exam was great! Very attentive, knowledgable, quick. Service for frames was flawed. Cannot browse around for what you like and didn’t consider showing me frames under my insurance until asked and then only saw 2 pairs. Very misleading. Didn’t buy frames there.

Another great experience. Except for the prescription not getting to the drug provider, and the coupon having been expired, the service was great!

Good personal care, I needed someone to pamper me. I had a very good prescription full of details. I did not have to asked for what’s new. The glasses gallery was just a dream. I will look just fabulous. A makeover.

Great Experience! If it weren’t for the Groupon I most likely wouldn’t have visited MetroEye for my exam, but have no intentions of attending another office. It was a beyond pleasant experience with a content and comfortable staff in a clean and well-maintained surrounding. I don’t have a large income, hence being initially turned off, but this experience is worth every penny. From the moment I walked in to the moment I departed it was fantastic – highly recommended.

Dr. Amy provides stellar eye care and is so personable. She’s very practical and down to earth, and incredibly competent and thorough when it comes to the health of your eyes. The frames Metro Eye offers are very on trend and stylish, but pricey. I have a hard time justifying the price tag. But I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my exams.

Metro Eye was able to see me the same day I called about an eye problem – even though they were fully booked. While there they checked and adjusted my glasses at no charge – even though they were not purchased from them. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

Comprehensive eye exam
What I appreciate and value most are these two characteristics: 1) Dr. Jankowski is THOROUGH, very knowledgable, approachable, and a clear communicator. When she’s with me, I feel like I’m her only patient. Not the rush of other docs. 2) The contemporary digital tech tools means Metro Eye is on top of the latest diagnostic possibilities. I appreciate that.

clean, polite, pricey – The offices were clean, the front desk assistants were polite as was the optician’s assistant. Some equipment & processes could have used more explanation before use. Doctor was well educated and spoke with confidence about each aspect of eye health. Frame selection is right out of the fashion world with equivalent pricing, so be prepared for some sticker shock.

High Quality Eye Care: Metro Eye is a good place to go to get your eyes examed. They invest in the latest technology and they run a very nice business. Also, Dr. Jankowski is very patient and worked with me on my contact lenses. Metro Eye is a quality office and well worth the value.
