Pleasantly Suprized… Had been seeing the same Doctor for many years so thought making the transition may be difficult, but it was a great experience. I thought my previous Dr. had all the bells and whistles, but Metro Eye surpassed. The Doctor as well as staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt the costs for the services reasonable and look forward to making Metro Eye my eye care provider for many years to come…

Loved that the team of Metro Eye was on time for my schedule appointment. Very efficient and personal. Dr. Amy Jankowski and Leslie are truly genuine and care about my eyes. I enjoyed the complimentary coffe and loved the display of such fun glasses and sunglasses to try on. I will be back.

Great service! Expensive glasses. Service was GREAT! Dr.Zaporski was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the technology that Metro Eye has in their office. The only downfall I found was that the glasses were way out of my price range. Although I purchased glasses elsewhere, I will definitely return for eye exams

Customer Review: Two years ago, I had one of my eyes starting to go black, vision-wise. I called Metro Eye and had a appointment within an hour. Dr Amy saw I had a retinal detachment and I was on my way to Dr. Resser and was fixed in a few hours. Due to nobody’s fault, my eye popped again a few months later. It was a blessing to have vision in that eye, but really could not see well. I kind of gave up for a year. Then I went back to Dr. Amy and she discovered a cataract. Within minutes I had an appointment with Dr. Hirsch for cataract surgery. Everything went great. Dr. Amy fitted me for new glasses and contacts. 20/20!!! Life is good. Everyone at Metro Eye is so kind and caring. For two years I would go to Church, close my good eye and look at the Cross with my bad eye and I would pray to be able to see, a couple weeks ago, I could see it for the first time. Prayers do come true. I always thank God, but also Metro Eye.

Excellent Service and Quality
Tired of dealing with one-hour shopping mall opticians, I wanted to try an independent optician because I didn’t think my last eye exam at the mall was very thorough – or accurate. I got a Groupon to try Metro Eye and was very impressed. The exam was very thorough and they use equipment that appeared much more advanced than at the one-hour opticians. The doctor was outstanding – she took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I also didn’t have to fight other customers to get an optician’s attention, and I loved the personal assistance in helping choose new frames. I was so impressed, my husband booked an appointment the next day, and he was equally impressed. Yes, MetroEye is pricey, but compared with the quality and service that you get at the one-hour places, you get what you pay for. I will definitely return!

Courteous & Professional!
This was by far the best visit I have ever experienced at a eye doctor. The staff was polite & made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Dr. Jankowski was extremely knowledgeable & professional. You really feel she cares about your well being the way doctors used to. I will recommend Metro Eye to everyone I know!

Custom Solution, Outstanding Results
Before going to Amy, I thought I would need to switch back to wearing glasses. However, Amy and her team took the time and steps necessary to assess and diagnose my specific vision care issues and then prescribed a contact lense that provides me comfort and 20/20 vision. Metro Eye is terrific!

Overall Great Experience!!
The office location is perfect for me and the environment makes it feel comfortable, yet stylish. The staff was warm and friendly – very welcoming. The paperwork process was quick and easy. Dr. Jankowski is great – explaining everything and being very caring and patient. I would highly recommend Metro Eye.

Great Place.
I had a wonderful experience with Metro Eye. She was the first eye doctor I have seen who actually spent time working with me to find the right prescription. She was honest about all options and not pushing me to choose anything too expensive, etc. She was willing to answer all my questions,even if they were most likely unimportant. The frames are a bit expensive and they don’t have many options, but the quality of eye exam far outweighs that one negative.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Always feel welcome there, and they have great stuff and service. Because I need expensive lenses, it’s always, well, expensive. But whenever I’ve had ANY kind of issue with the finished product it is addressed and taken care of right away with no charge. Amy Jankowski really know what she is doing.

They are like my Bosch dishwasher.
Okay, let me explain. I’ve been thrilled with almost no products and services in my life. I’ve learned to expect less from restaurants, dept. stores, etc. Quality and great service seem almost nostalgic. There was one thing though. I remember buying my Bosch dishwasher and it worked so well, we’d put things we dug up in the yard in it, just to see how clean the B would make it. That was 10 yrs. ago and it still works that well. My analogy is a stretch but I didn’t think I could read any better than I did. I settled. Just like the Bosch, Metro eye did such a great job, with kind, professional staff and service that I can’t wait to recommend them.
