    Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Metro Eye. My only critique would be I waited for a while for the doctor. I was there for an hour and a half, which seemed too long. Otherwise, everyone was nice.

    I received excellent customer service from everyone that I encountered at Metro Eye. It was definitely the best eye appointment I have been to since wearing glasses/contacts. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to make sure I was satisfied and had the perfect fit for my contacts. They also made sure I found the best new frames for my face.

    Love Dr. Amy! Always enjoy my experience at Dr. Amy’s! Always makes me feel like I’m the only patient. I think my favorite is the anticipation of my new glasses. The stylists sure know their stuff. The first pair shown to me were the ones I went with. When asked, I always refer friends and co-workers to Metro Eye. (P.S. – love the connection to our community and Metro Eye’s support of NPR.)

    This is the 2nd time I’ve lost a gas permeable contact lens and had to replace it. Metro Eye has been very responsive each time and made it easy and fast to reorder.

    I just had my annual eye check-up with Dr. Jankowski. She’s fantastic again and again. Although she has many patients, she makes you feel like you’re the most important. The rest of the staff is warm and helpful as well. Always glad I made the appointment with Metro Eye.

    Metro Eye staff as usual was very accommodating in getting me in last minute when I called about severe eye irritation. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming and Dr. Amy is the best. I did have an eye infection and was sent home with a sample to use until I could get to the pharmacy and a spare set of fresh contacts. You can’t ask for better service.

    Can’t say anything bad about the visit. I’ve been coming to Metro Eye since 2003 and every visit is great. Staff is warm and friendly. Dr Amy is awesome. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a small child so I know what good exams are and Metro Eye is top notch! I know that when my new glasses come in that there will be no issues or I won’t see them! Luanne and her staff will not let you go with so so glasses. It is either all or none!

    Great Optical Services and Selection of Glasses!

    Went there with a Groupon but ended up taking eye exam where they used some improved tools that my previous eye dr had not used. Very quick appointment and believe the new prescription will improve my sight once I receive them.

    I felt like I received a very thorough examination, had every opportunity to have my questions answered and wasn’t rushed. All of the glasses were either too large for my face or out of the line expensive. I know you cater to more of the high end look, which I can appreciate, but there were not styles to fit my more narrow face so I will disappointedly have to purchase my glasses elsewhere. I was extremely please with the examination process and thorough care which was the most important part of my visit.

    Very Professional, Detailed and personable

    I have been seeing Dr. Amy for YEARS. She has always been professional, highly detailed and generally concerned about my eyesight. i have a litany of problems with my eyes that she monitors very carefully. I would not trust anybody else to my eyes. This is however my first eyeglass and frame at purchase Metro Eye. Styles are very fashionable and the prices match the fashion. Since I am still waiting for the product, I certainly hope the high cost of the product is worth it.

    My experience at Metro eye was really great. I wish that in the purchasing of glasses stage the saleswoman would have given me more of a range of prices for frames and total cost. I asked for that a couple times and she just sort of slid to another topic. I like to know if the range is $200 – $2000. or $500 – $700.

    Oh my gosh, I never saw so many glasses and such wonderful, professional reps to talk about their product. I purchased a pair of Salt sunglasses and LouAnn promptly adjusted them for me. I walked out of your store feeling like a rock star. I also ordered additional contact lenses from the lovely ladies at the front desk. I wish they would wear name tags, they know my name, but I don’t always know theres.

    Great Experience for years.
    Have been going to Metro Eye since it opened. Dr. Amy is thorough, knowledgeable, caring and patient — one of the best eye doctors I have encountered in the many years I have been seeing eye specialists for basic exams to advanced testings. Staff at her office has grown over the years, and all remain friendly and efficient. Also check out the on-premise eye glasses. Their concierge-style service is wonderful and they make sure you look good as well as see well in your glasses. Third Ward location is convenient (and after your appointment, you can do lunch just down the street at the Public Market).

    My experience, as always, was nothing less than excellent! I was very happy that Metro Eye could fit me in, because I was a week early for my appointment. The small wait was well worth it and with such a busy schedule and a little forgetfulness (haha) on my part it all work out great! I also was very happy about the parking pass I was able to print, thanks to Metro Eye letting me know of this added benefit. See you soon!

    Exam and glasses with new frames

    Cannot say enough how thorough the entire process with Amy continues to be. My fears about the health of my eyes seems to always be addressed and the attention to detail cannot be matched. I had great service when picking out frames and have no concerns about the style of progressive lenses that were chosen for my eyes. Thanks

    Eyeglass assistant was rather pushy until realizing what insurance covered. This was even after hearing that I don’t ever use glasses and I wasn’t willing to spend a lot on a back up pair.

    Great Experience.

    Great Emergency Care!

    I inadvertently put a hydrogen peroxide cleaner in my eye.It was extremely painful; I couldn’t see, and it got worse as the day went by.I still wasn’t sure if I should even call about it, but when I did call Metro Eye, they took it very seriously and told me to come in. I was examined thoroughly, told the condition of my eye and what to expect, and how to proceed over the next few days. I was just about to leave for a week’s vacation, so having this support and reassurance about my eye was invaluable. Thank you so much!

    LONG Time patient. I’ve been behind glasses since a very small child with not many options. Been to a lot of Doctor’s and a lot of eyeglass providers and Metro Eye is awesome. From the moment you come in to the moment you leave, you are taken care of. They do not compromise on care, it is all or none approach. If you’re not happy, they are not happy. And if there is problem they will fix it. No questions asked.

    Exceeding Expectations…My first time there, every employee I encountered was professional, friendly and informative. The met my expectaions. Going above and beyond, in this Third Ward neighborhood I was pleased to get free parking. Also, when finalizing my choices on a new pair of glasses I was told they wanted to do a Mock Up first, to ensure the quality of the final product and my satisfaction with it BEFORE I actually get them. NEVER happened before…anyplace else. Now that’s customer service.

    Super Service! I look so forward to seeing Dr. Amy and her staff. They treat you with respect and the service you desire.     I actually like going to the eye doctor because of Dr. Jankowski and her staff. How nice to have women (and women my age) provide this service. Dr. Jankowski is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer all my questions.

    Extremely Accommodating – I’ve stuck with Metro Eye for five years because of their excellent & professional services and eyewear. My night vision and contact lens sharpness faded as I became “a woman of a certain age”, and Dr. Amy worked doggedly and patiently with me having me try several adjustments to my contact prescriptions over many weeks, until we got it the best it could be. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I never wait long like in some doctor offices. I got in right away when I had an eye infection, and I’ve always been impressed with the high tech equipment they use to “keep an eye on” my eye health.I’m getting very personalized service and not standing at a counter in a mall waiting for someone to wait on me who looks like she’s 13 and can’t answer my questions.

    So impressed. My experience was better than pleasant. A thorough exam, completely explained, and when I asked for the results and pictures, I had them e-mailed to me promptly. The staff is professional, courteous and has a sense of humor. I especially like the way they handled quality control on the eyewear I purchased. It took a while to get the top quality product, but it was definitely worth the wait. Everything fit and works well the first time walking out of the office. I’m also certain that if something wasn’t right, they’d make it so. Good going team!

    AWESOME SERVICE! Dr. Amy made time in her busy schedule to see me when I had an eye injury, which was just unbearable, until she quickly discovered and treated the problem. I was in and out in a half hour! And her office followed up the next day to make sure I was OK. I would make Metro Eye your eye care destination!

    Metro Eye helped me out of a jam – Metro Eye went out of their way to help me replace my broken glasses and I mean OUT OF THEIR WAY. The place feels a bit hip for me but frankly, that is surface only. Behind the scenes, they back up their hip image with some very professional work mixed with some compassion. I am now a real fan and they have my business going forward.

    Great Eye Dr Experience!

    My visit to Metro Eye Care was several months ago, but very memorable as the facility is very modern and clean and reminded me of a salon rather than a Dr’s office. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was outstanding. She listened very thoroughly and offered practical advice that was easy for me to understand. She is very down to earth and did not confuse me with a lot of medical terms. Overall a very happy eye doctor appointment.

    Eye Irritation Inspection

    Went in to check on irritation in my eye. The receptionist was hospitable and polite. The nurse did a preliminary information check while the doc was able to ascertain the cause. Prescribed a physician’s sample of eye drops. 2nd day and it seems to be better. Have my 2nd appt tomo. Lets c. So far I like it.
